The Developmental Specialist, Adult Life Program works onsite in Rexburg, Idaho, on a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule. Starting pay is $18 per hour, depending on experience. What you'll do

• Oversee participant growth and development through data analysis, program planning, and implementation
• mentor, observe, and provide feedback to skills trainers
• assist with crisis needs using de-escalation and positive support
• provide staffing support when needed
• maintain accurate records and compliance.
