What you'll do

• Oversee front- and back-of-house operations
• maintain service quality and compliance with sanitation and safety requirements
• organize staff shifts
• recruit, hire, onboard, train, and mentor employees
• conduct performance appraisals
• handle guest concerns
• uphold brand standards and support local marketing and partnerships
• monitor revenue, expenses, inventory, and purchasing
• identify ways to improve sales, reduce waste, and control costs
• prepare revenue and expense reports.
