Street Outreach Worker

What you'll do

• Mediate conflicts between street groups or individuals harmed by violence
• engage high-risk individuals in community settings
• work with street organizations to prevent retaliatory violence
• respond to critical incidents such as shootings
• maintain an outreach activity log
• refer people to victim services
• attend weekly collaborative meetings and scheduled job training.
