What you'll do

• Assist with managing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water-treatment systems
• plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules
• inspect rooms and equipment and identify repair needs
• ensure team members have tools and supplies
• coach and support maintenance associates
• assist with scheduling, vendor proposals, and hands-on repairs.

Why this role
