The Experienced Lead Preschool Teacher role is onsite in San Antonio, TX. Pay is $13–$15 per hour. The Learning Experience provides an engaging learning environment intended to help children learn, play, grow, and thrive. The teacher creates a safe, welcoming classroom and implements the L.E.A.P. Curriculum in ways suited to children’s needs. The role also builds relationships with families, communicates children’s progress, and partners with center staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals.

What you'll do

• Create an engaging and nurturing classroom
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum with infants, toddlers, or preschool children according to their needs
• communicate with parents about children’s activities and achievements
• collaborate with center staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement goals
• build relationships with families and coworkers.
