Quality Systems Technician

The Quality Systems Technician role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO, with compensation of $31.25–$40.00 per hour. Cogitic Corporation supports the U.S. Navy and national defense through mission-critical precision manufacturing. This role supports manufacturing quality systems by helping maintain standards compliance, conducting and participating in audits, managing supplier quality activities, supporting corrective actions, and maintaining quality documentation. It also contributes to continuous improvement and coordination across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and mission assurance.

What you'll do

• Support compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable manufacturing quality standards
• conduct internal audits and participate in customer, supplier, and registrar audits
• monitor supplier performance, conduct supplier audits, maintain the Approved Supplier List, and resolve quality issues
• support root cause analysis and nonconformance, corrective, and preventive actions
• maintain quality records and manufacturing documentation in ProShop ERP
• identify process and efficiency improvements
• collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Mission Assurance. Travel approximately 10% for supplier oversight.
