What you'll do

• Provide psychotherapy in skilled nursing, assisted living, and long-term care settings
• deliver patient-centered care rooted in best practices
• collaborate with medical and psychiatric providers
• support patients with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, dementia, grief, loss, and life transitions
• complete timely and accurate documentation.
