Human Resources Business Partner — Remote, Southeast Region

What you'll do

• Partner with operational leaders to align HR plans with business objectives
• advise regional and executive leaders
• use workforce analytics to inform retention, engagement, labor productivity, and compliance
• assess organizational needs and recommend solutions
• lead regional HR initiatives and change efforts
• support employee lifecycle strategies and complex employee relations matters
• travel to designated regional locations as needed.
