Office Manager — Part-Time

What you'll do

• Manage daily office operations, phones, mail, and visitors
• maintain electronic and paper records and filing
• coordinate office supplies, vendors, and facility services
• support HR and payroll administration, including onboarding paperwork, timekeeping, and ADP entries, as assigned
• assist with invoicing, purchase order filing, and basic bookkeeping as assigned
• maintain confidentiality of sensitive and export-controlled information.
