What you'll do

• Collaborate with executive leadership on programs and strategies
• partner with clinical, finance, HR, compliance, sales, and marketing teams
• develop long-term objectives
• use KPIs and data analysis to improve operations
• build relationships with regional leaders, residents, families, regulators, owners, and partners
• oversee financial performance and budgets
• mentor regional and community leaders
• support recruitment, training, and retention
• lead acquisition and integration of new communities
• travel up to 75% of the time.
