What you'll do

• Lead month-end and year-end close across multiple Texas entities
• prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
• maintain work-in-progress schedules and job-cost tracking
• analyze over- and under-billings
• ensure GAAP compliance, including percentage-of-completion revenue recognition
• manage and mentor regional accounting staff
• and partner with operations on project financials.
