Assistant Service Manager

Job overview

The Assistant Service Manager role is onsite at the New Prague, Minnesota, office and is regularly scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation is $85,000–$110,000 per year. The role supports the service team and coordinates outstate technicians in North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. The position helps ensure service requests are handled promptly by coordinating technician dispatch and schedules, customer communications, work orders, and parts. It supports efficient service delivery by organizing resources and keeping customers and technicians informed throughout the process.

What you'll do

• Manage daily dispatching and scheduling, with primary responsibility for outstate technicians
• route technicians efficiently
• coordinate schedules and communicate changes
• contact outstate customers about follow-up, scheduling, status, and next steps
• respond to service calls and emails
• create and maintain service work orders in FSM/Accumatica
• assist with estimating and planning service work
• pull materials and parts
• follow up on parts orders
• process parts orders and ship parts as needed
• organize materials, parts, and equipment for projects.
