What you'll do

• Follow triage protocols, policies, and procedures

• process daily phone notes, voicemails, emails, flags, and refill tasks
• sort and process documents assigned to the triage department
• review prescription renewals for unmatched patients
• create and route cardiac and dental clearance requests as appropriate.
