What you'll do

• Learn center services and products
• recommend and sell retail products, waxing services, and Wax Passes
• confirm services and offer related add-ons
• check guests in and out and process payments, refunds, and reservations
• explain pre-booking and app rescheduling
• organize reservations
• perform opening and closing procedures
• maintain clean, safe, and pleasant lobby and restroom areas.
