Implementation Project Support is an onsite, full-time role in Sheffield, AL, with pay of $24–$25 per hour. The position supports Martin, Inc. implementation projects for new customer sites and special initiatives. Working with the Implementation Manager, this role helps prepare sites for go-live, maintain customer communication, and keep project work aligned with timelines and budgets. It also provides operational support after launch and helps resolve issues that could disrupt service.

What you'll do

• Identify required maintenance, repair, and operations parts
• verify items and collect data for customer databases
• organize customer storeroom inventory
• complete checklist activities
• communicate potential timeline or budget constraints
• support new sites after go-live
• resolve daily issues
• maintain a safe, organized storeroom
• assist with directed training
• respond to customer inquiries
• conduct final physical inventory before go-live.
