• assist restaurants with onsite access
• resolve order, delivery, arrival, and communication issues
• troubleshoot point-of-sale systems, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
• promote Fooda programs and coach users on the mobile app
• provide onsite customer service
• audit restaurant event setups
• escalate issues to a manager.
