What you'll do

• Manage daily surveillance operations and serve as Acting Director when needed
• manage investigators, vendors, and investigations
• ensure cases are ready for assignment
• coordinate schedules, coverage, and operational support
• resolve case and technology issues
• partner with Sales and Client Services
• monitor quality, timeliness, reports, video uploads, and compliance
• improve procedures and workflows
• coach investigators and case managers
• support hiring, onboarding, and training. Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday
• travel is 10–20% within California for events, training, and meetings.
