What you'll do

• Deliver adult outpatient internal medicine services
• manage chronic disease, preventive care, and primary care treatment plans
• maintain continuity and long-term patient relationships
• collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams
• document and manage workflows in Athena EMR
• participate in phone-only evening call coverage from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
