What you'll do

• Collaborate with management to maintain safe, clean, well-maintained communities
• oversee on-site staff
• lead marketing and leasing
• manage move-ins, move-outs, community events, and tenant issues
• receive and enter rent checks
• maintain records and process financial matters
• complete reporting and site administration
• comply with multifamily affordable-housing policies and regulations.
