The Kitchen Production Associate — Grab & Go role is onsite in Addison, TX. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour. The position supports Low Country Quisine’s growing grab-and-go food production program. The associate assembles and packages ready-to-eat products to recipes, portion standards, and production quantities. Consistent preparation, labeling, storage, and sanitation help the production team meet quality and food-safety expectations.

What you'll do

• Assemble sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other grab-and-go products to recipes and specifications
• portion ingredients accurately
• follow production sheets and quantities
• package, seal, and label products
• verify labels and dates
• rotate products using FIFO
• prepare ingredients
• set up and break down stations
• clean and sanitize work areas
• store products at required temperatures
• follow food-safety, sanitation, and allergen procedures
• communicate shortages or quality concerns.

Why this role
