What you'll do

• Oversee investor-services deliverables and service-level deadlines
• identify at-risk items and drive resolution. Serve as the first escalation point for analyst questions about processing, validation, and client requirements. Train analysts and maintain training and process documentation. Address client questions and discrepancies, coordinate with Client Service, maintain process integrity as automation evolves, identify recurring data issues, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with management on capacity planning, quality reviews, and service feedback.
