What you'll do

• Define and execute strategy for mining technologies, underground operations, autonomy, sensing, and engineering solutions
• identify opportunities across defense, commercial mining, research, and international partners
• develop growth plans and investment strategies
• lead business development and capture activities
• oversee proposal development
• provide technical guidance on mining engineering, automation, robotics, sensing, and safety
• review engineering deliverables
• lead or support feasibility studies, site assessments, risk analyses, and concept design
• mentor engineers and coordinate resources across projects.
