School Bus Driver

The School Bus Driver role is onsite in Laveen, AZ. Compensation is $20.24–$24.99 per hour. The driver supports transportation and related operations at Gila Crossing Community School. The role transports students and staff safely to school and school functions, supervises children during field trips as needed, and maintains vehicle safety and records. Additional custodial, maintenance, and kitchen assistance may be performed to complete the scheduled eight hours.

What you'll do

• Transport students to and from school and designated functions
• operate buses and other transportation vehicles safely
• supervise children during field trips as needed
• load and unload passengers and ensure they are seated while the vehicle is moving
• maintain student discipline
• prepare safety, mileage, and maintenance reports
• keep vehicles clean and safe
• perform assigned custodial duties.
