What you'll do

• Manage engineering department staffing, training, budgets, and performance
• maintain building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire and life safety, and elevators
• oversee work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, and projects
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• manage energy conservation and capital planning
• maintain equipment records and inventory
• respond to emergencies and guest maintenance needs
• and mentor engineering staff.
