Quality Assurance Production Technician

The Quality Assurance Production Technician role is onsite in Carlsbad, CA, with an hourly pay range of $20.00 to $23.50. The technician joins Revelyst’s QA team to inspect and test hardware products. The role helps ensure devices leaving the production line meet quality and reliability standards. By completing visual, functional, and software tests and documenting results, the technician supports production throughput and product quality.

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily activities to meet throughput targets
• work with the Production Manager to ensure resources are available for hit testing
• participate in production meetings and report throughput, problems, and blockers
• visually inspect devices and classify cosmetic defects
• functionally test electronic systems, execute test scripts, and complete documentation and workflows
• perform software testing as needed
• conduct research tests and experiments and organize, analyze, and present results
• support company sales and promotional efforts as required.
