Showroom Team Lead

What you'll do

• Lead the team toward daily revenue and metric goals
• support showroom performance metrics

• build relationships with high-value clients
• assist with floor management and staff scheduling
• act as sales-floor leader when the Showroom Manager is absent
• resolve customer issues
• oversee opening and closing procedures
• conduct fittings and pinning
• coordinate with tailors and alteration specialists
• support onboarding and training
• manage escalated concerns
• contribute ideas to improve operations and merchandise presentation.
