What you'll do

• Contribute to bid preparation
• assist project managers with objectives, plans, tracking, meetings, and field support
• obtain and maintain permits as directed
• coordinate subcontractors and review submittals
• develop project timelines
• work with project accounting on billing and costs
• identify potential issues and support resolution
• document decisions, changes, progress, and customer specifications
• communicate project status and delays
• visit job sites
• support punch-list completion and project closeout.
