Shift Leader

Job overview

The Shift Leader role is onsite in Olympia, WA. Pay is $17.13–$19 per hour, plus tips. The role is accountable for the profitable operation of an assigned Firehouse Subs shift and reports to the General Manager.

What you'll do

• Operate the assigned shift within company guidelines
• support compliance with applicable regulations and Firehouse Subs policies
• manage food, labor, controllable costs, utilities and sales growth
• lead the restaurant team in guest service, quality and cleanliness
• assist the General Manager with operations plans and initiatives
• participate in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees under the General Manager’s guidance
• complete required programs, reports and legal documents
• and communicate business issues to the General Manager or owner.
