What you'll do

• Lead new and used vehicle sales across Ford and Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
• own inventory ordering, aging, turn, mix, and pricing
• drive monthly volume and gross objectives
• desk deals and structure profitable transactions
• improve lead handling, appointment setting, and closing ratios
• build and enforce sales processes
• recruit, train, and develop sales consultants and managers
• align sales with Finance and Insurance
• use vAuto, VinSolutions CRM, and digital retailing tools
• monitor daily KPIs.
