What you'll do

• Recruit, process, train, and shepherd volunteer leaders
• coordinate volunteer onboarding and scheduling
• write and edit small-group curriculum
• assist with weekend service setup and preparation
• check in volunteers and children
• help resolve weekend issues
• assist with planning and executing events
• respond to emails and calls
• perform administrative tasks as needed.
