Beverage Supervisor

The supervisor oversees daily beverage-service work and assists the Beverage Manager with staffing, training, scheduling, and service standards to support guests and the beverage team.

What you'll do

• Supervise bartenders, cocktail servers, and barbacks
• assist with hiring, training, motivating, and directing staff
• provide guest service
• manage labor hours, cash control, and inventory
• conduct pre-shift meetings
• assist with reviews and scheduling
• track employee hours
• support alcohol-policy enforcement with Security
• serve beverages when needed
• follow applicable rules and regulations
• document daily activities and concerns
• conduct inventories
• coordinate with vendors
• monitor beverage costs and service quality.
