Warehouse Coordinator

Job overview

The Warehouse Coordinator position is onsite in Niceville, FL, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM and pay of $19–$20 per hour, based on experience. The role supports Service Minds’ HVAC, plumbing, and electrical technicians by ensuring they have the parts and equipment needed for field work. The coordinator manages receiving, inventory control, material organization, and warehouse readiness. Accurate records and timely preparation of technician materials help support daily service operations and customer jobs.

What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming materials and deliveries
• record inventory transactions in ServiceTitan
• organize and stock inventory
• prepare transfers, returns, and shipments
• conduct cycle counts and physical inventories
• research discrepancies
• monitor and replenish technician truck stock
• prepare materials for jobs
• communicate shortages
• maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse
• operate material-handling equipment safely.
