It helps campaigns and other marketing initiatives move forward on schedule and supports consistent messaging across channels.

What you'll do

• Manage marketing projects and integrated campaigns from planning through completion
• create project plans, timelines, ownership, deliverables, and deadlines
• maintain campaign, content, communications, PR, event, and production calendars
• coordinate creative intake, reviews, approvals, and asset delivery
• write and edit copy across marketing and organizational channels
• coordinate internal communications and website and intranet updates
• coordinate vendors and external partners
• maintain marketing assets and documentation
• track invoices and purchasing records
• maintain dashboards and reports and monitor campaign performance and digital experiences.
