The 2027 Golf Course Construction Internship is an onsite, field-based role with project locations to be determined; the student must relocate out of state from Duininck Golf’s location in Delano, MN. Starting pay is $20 per hour. Duininck Golf builds and renovates golf courses, guided by its mission to build excellence in golf. The internship provides hands-on exposure to golf course construction alongside project superintendents and laborers. Interns may gain experience with crew coordination, scheduling, plans, GPS surveying, daily documentation, safety checks, and equipment operation while working outdoors on active projects.

What you'll do

• Shadow onsite Project Superintendents and work alongside laborers in golf course construction
• manage small crews
• support scheduling and critical-path timelines
• work with as-built plans and plan reading
• survey with GPS equipment
• document daily activities
• conduct project safety checks
• perform labor and operate equipment
• follow safety and personal protective equipment requirements.
