Senior Accountant — Highway Safety

The Senior Accountant is an onsite, full-time position at the corporate office in New Kingstown, PA. Compensation is not specified. Reporting to the Controller, the accountant supports financial reporting, reconciliations, close activities, and internal controls. The role helps provide accurate financial information and responsive accounting support to operations and other departments.

What you'll do

• Prepare weekly financial snapshots
• assist with cash forecasting and reconciliations
• administer credit cards and accounting software integration
• prepare month-end entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• maintain fixed assets, construction-in-process accounts, and inventory
• perform cycle counts
• prepare tax filings and registrations
• manage larger project lifecycles
• support external audits and internal controls
• improve processes
• provide internal customer service.
