Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer role is remote, with limited travel to Quantico, Virginia, potentially required. Annual compensation is typically between $86,000 and $135,000. The role supports Quantum Sky’s Marine Corps ITSM Operations and Sustainment program. The position develops and maintains training that helps users understand Marine Corps ITSM processes and BMC Remedy/Helix functionality. It works with technical subject matter experts and customer stakeholders to keep courseware accurate, usable, and aligned with system and process changes.

What you'll do

• Develop interactive computer-based technical and end-user training
• translate technical information and workflows into instructional content
• create storyboards, scenarios, simulations, CBTs, JIT videos, QRGs, and job aids
• collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content
• support training environment validation and workflow testing
• plan and track training deliverables
• participate in peer reviews and quality checks
• maintain training records and documentation.
