What you'll do

• Welcome and check in guests, respond to concerns, explain services and offerings, and recommend memberships, packages, massage services, and retail products. Manage reservations, scheduling, guest communications, payments, and records
• complete opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures
• restock amenities
• maintain clean and safe guest areas
• monitor sauna and cold pool functionality
• and communicate with teammates and leadership.
