What you'll do

• Enjoy a highly desirable 4-day work week that promotes strong work-life balance & flexibility.
• Each day may begin with light inpatient rounding prior to clinic start at 10:00 AM.
• Patient census is typically low, averaging just 3-5 patients, allowing for a manageable & efficient workflow before transitioning into clinic.
• Outpatient clinic runs smoothly through 4:30 PM, supporting a structured yet balanced daily schedule with a patient flow of anywhere from 12-15 patients.
• Utilize Epic EMR enhanced with an AI-supported listening device, significantly reducing documentation burden & allowing more focus on patient care.
