What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• support check-in and resolve account or access issues
• respond to member questions and concerns
• conduct club tours
• assist with membership sales and enrollment
• make prospecting and follow-up calls
• promote club programs, personal training, and referrals
• support promotions and community outreach
• maintain cleanliness, supplies, front desk organization, and operational checklists
• assist with opening and closing
• process memberships, payments, and account updates
• protect member information.
