What you'll do

• Achieve personal retail sales, revenue, closing-ratio, and profit-margin goals
• recruit, interview, hire, and train showroom staff
• manage sales operations, contracts, CRM, and software platforms
• coordinate with service, installation, delivery, construction, and administrative teams
• monitor revenue, sales metrics, margins, expenses, labor, and productivity
• lead staff toward strong customer service and sales performance.
