What you'll do

• Operate the cash register and follow cash-handling opening and closing procedures
• provide customer service
• stock and organize merchandise
• maintain clean aisles, shelves, and store areas
• process merchandise and donations
• assist customers with purchases and donations
• support customer complaint resolution
• interview, orient, train, schedule, and supervise personnel
• check timecards
• maintain employee records
• coordinate merchandising and inventory procedures.
