What you'll do

• Create and organize project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, drawings, and schedules
• assist with project setup and closeout
• maintain and distribute drawings and logs
• route subcontractor and vendor documents
• communicate with project stakeholders
• record meeting minutes
• monitor schedules
• coordinate material deliveries and inspections
• maintain project files.
