The Lead, Planning & Fulfillment role is an onsite, full-time position at Rocket Lab’s global headquarters in Long Beach, CA. The base pay range for California is $100,000–$127,000. Rocket Lab builds rockets, spacecraft, and critical subsystems; its Supply Chain team supports rocket and satellite programs. The lead manages planning and fulfillment work to keep materials flowing in line with production needs, improve visibility into material status, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to support company objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead planners and/or coordinators/expeditors
• oversee demand, supply, and fulfillment planning in the MRP system
• maintain bills of materials, parts, and master data in the ERP system
• update demand for engineering changes and new product introductions
• provide material visibility through reports
• monitor purchased-item delivery
• manage obsolete and end-of-life products
• coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
• escalate cost, quality, and delivery concerns
• align plans with production schedules.
