What you'll do

• Greet customers in the showroom or sales lot
• help customers select vehicles by asking questions and listening
• explain vehicle performance, applications, benefits, and optional equipment
• present and demonstrate new and used vehicles
• build customer rapport
• learn to address objections and close sales according to company standards
• report objectives and planned activities to the Sales Manager.
