Senior .NET Developer, Front-End UI/UX and Accessibility

Job overview

The Senior .NET Developer, Front-End UI/UX and Accessibility role is fully remote; Iowa-based candidates are preferred, and compensation is $50–$52 per hour. The position develops, enhances, and supports enterprise applications using modern development practices and enterprise design systems. The role contributes to usable, responsive, and accessible enterprise applications by combining .NET and C# development with front-end implementation, accessibility testing, API and database support, and deployment work. Deliverables must meet WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 standards.

What you'll do

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET, C#, MVC, and Web Forms. Build responsive interfaces with HTML5, CSS, Sass, and JavaScript
• implement UI/UX and enterprise design systems
• test and remediate accessibility issues for WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 using tools such as JAWS and axe. Develop and maintain REST APIs, middleware integrations, and backend services
• support SQL Server and troubleshoot application issues. Follow secure coding practices, manage source control, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, resolve production issues, and collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders.
