What you'll do

• Maintain property grounds, facilities, streets, amenities, equipment, and utility systems
• remove trash and debris
• replace lightbulbs, paint, and perform repairs
• assist with groundskeeping, pool maintenance, housekeeping, notices, and inspections
• perform preventive equipment maintenance and minor utility-system and street repairs
• mow and weed as needed
• inspect, clean, and repair facilities and amenities
• follow safety procedures and use safety equipment.
