Mental Health Therapist — Tennessee

Job overview

The Mental Health Therapist opportunity is based in Tennessee and strongly prefers in-person care through a provider’s private or group practice; virtual therapy is also part of Lyra’s provider network. Compensation is not specified. Lyra provides evidence-based mental health care and contracts providers through Lyra Clinical Associates. The therapist provides culturally responsive, evidence-based care to children, adults, couples, and/or families, supporting Lyra’s goal of expanding access to effective mental health services. Providers can set their own schedule without a minimum-hours requirement and have access to client matching, administrative support, clinical consultation, and crisis navigation resources.

What you'll do

• Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and/or families
• manage clinical risk and respond to crises as needed
• maintain office space in Tennessee for client visits
• use evidence-based treatments and clinical best practices. The opportunity includes access to Lyra’s client matching, calendar, billing, consultation, and care navigation resources.
