What you'll do

• Oversee facility operations within budget
• improve systems, processes, and policies
• forecast demand and manage inventory, product orders, rotation, and daily counts using SAP
• manage vehicle maintenance, inspections, repairs, and accident coordination
• hire, train, supervise, and develop warehouse employees
• maintain American Institute of Baking standards and facility documentation
• communicate best practices to the National Operations Manager.
