What you'll do

• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom
• develop and implement play-based curriculum aligned with a nature-focused philosophy
• provide hands-on outdoor learning as weather permits
• ensure children’s safety
• observe and document development and provide individualized support
• build relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• maintain classroom and outdoor spaces
• follow center policies, licensing regulations, and safety procedures
• communicate with families
• participate in meetings, training, and professional development.
