What you'll do

• Manage vitamin department operations and profitability
• provide customer service
• order products and maintain inventory
• manage margin, costs, shrink, and purchasing
• merchandise and maintain shelves and displays
• train and monitor department staff
• cross-train with other managers
• conduct demos
• assist with interviewing and hiring
• handle register functions
• open and close the store
• answer customer questions within company standards
• use SAP and inventory management software.
